I base a lot of my work on the wonderful words of Mark Twain. "I am an old man, I have had many problems, most of which didn't happen." In other words my book is about how we create our own unhappiness and how we can let go of that and "fall into" the natural happiness that is our true nature.
I have extensive experience of mindfulness meditation which is the method I suggest people use to reveal the inner richness that is waiting to be discovered.
My books shows how in a very simple and experiential way how to practice mindfulness meditation. it shows that change doesn't happen by using effort but through the transformational power of awareness.
