51 tips to help you be happy. I thought this book thoughtful and insightful on the authors part. It was very close to home and really puts the points of the book into perspective.

This book isn't particularly long but is jam packed with guides and tips for you to follow and try in order to help make your life happier. It's easy to read. The language used isn't complicated or full of scientific words, it's nice and simple. I think the layout of the book is really good too. It's set out into numbered points with a few paragraphs per point. Each point has a vital tip to help make you happier again. Each one is easy to follow Andersen if you apply just a few of these to your life, I know it will make you feel better in your self, it did me.

For the low cost and easy reading, I enjoyed reading and applying these tips to my life and making it happier. I definitely recommend this book to others wishing to be happier.

We can all feel down at times and a little guide like this is just the pick-me-up you need to remind yourself of the positives in your life, and set you off on a better track to finding the happiness you deserve. Written in bullet points, I find it good to have on my Kindle so I can just take a quick look when I feel I need a bit of a boost. You can read it all the way through, or just randomly pick a tip and give it a read. It's good to dip into. The points are clearly made without any waffle. If you're looking for a massive in depth read, then this isn't the book for you, but if you're prone to unhappy feelings and just want a quick mood-boosting fix while on the go, I'd definitely pick this one up, especially as it's so cheap to buy. What I found especially useful was the tip on how to recognise when external factors are making you feel down. I've now realised that I’m not as unhappy as I thought I was, often I'm just tired or hungry. It might sound like common sense, but when you're feeling depressed it can be hard to spot the obvious, so reading that tip on a regular basis is a good reminder to look around me and assess just why I'm feeling out of sorts.

This is NOT a book! It is 20 pages long!! It is at best a pamphlet, but really just a list of the blindingly obvious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
