The first time was in 2007. Although I appreciated the ideas and the readability of the book at the time, nothing really took root. The reason for this: I was not in the mindset to embrace change.
Five years later I have just reread the book. Recently I have enjoyed making a lot of positive changes. Now I can fully appreciate how Jez has brought together all the critical concepts, in both their practical and philosophical forms, in 100 small pages.
Not only an impressive feat to bring such a big subject together so accessibly, but also to bring such an extent of insight and breadth of vision to the subject.
For me, I can now use this book for encouragement that I might be on the right lines, and to remind where I might be straying off.
For other readers, my strongest recommendation would be that if you are minded to embrace change in your life, big or small, then you will be doing yourself a great favour by buying Jez's book. If you aren't truly interested in exploring change, then manage your expectations accordingly. As Jez himself points out, the motivation comes from you, not from other people, no matter how insightful they are.

Great little pocket book. Makes a perfect gift to someone who's got a short attention span but has to be guided in the right direction, if you know what I mean.Published 18 months ago by Marina
It is a tiny book and some phrases and paragraphs written. But is has no rationales provided. It is a waste of time and space.
