The books is part of the Oxford Handbook series (like the chesse and onion) and will therefor be familiar to the majoraty of students. Being a handbook is particulary useful and means it'll fit in most pockets without trouble... To finish this excellent piece of work, Thomas and Monaghan have included a chapter on interpretation - going through most of radiology, clinical chemistry and not forgetting the dreaded ECGs. Synopsis

Each system chapter follows a structured format covering applied anatomy, history, examination, and the presentation of common and important disorders.
