I bought this computer about 2 years ago and it has been useless. Perfectly fine for first year but overheats badly and now, a mere two years later and just out of warranty and the motherboard goes and the whole thing is irreperable. Before it broke down, it got much much slower, even though I never ran any games on it and basically, apart from Internet use, treated it like a word processor. Awful machine. I was so disappointed it turned out to be such a dud and I would have expected a lot better from a good brand name like HP.

When I first got the laptop, it wasn't perfect but after about 6 months it got really slow. About 2 years later, my friend told me to delete all the unused programs that have been installed on it, so I did and I only have a few programs left and if I delete those then I will not be able to use it at all! I was also told to get this really expensive anti-virus software so I got it and deleted all the viruses, cookies etc. Still now, it is a little faster but it takes an hour and a half to fully load up, I am 100% serious, for it to be usable and work it has to load for so long, so I turn it on and leave it on the table. It's so not worth it. Also, the battery degrades very quickly and has to be plugged in all the time whilst in use. I would give it zero stars but it doesn't allow me, DO NOT GET IT, IT WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

If i could give this laptop a sero rating i would. Do not waste your money, it's awfull. Ive had it 3 years and its falling apart, its been back to hp for repairs 4 times, after its motherboard, hard drive, disk drive and screen went! couldn't be glader to have gotten rid of it! Am never buying hp again also due to thier disgusting customer service!
