My bad – Should have checked the meager page count before purchasing. What a rip off! Took five minutes to read and I’m none the wiser. I was totally confused about the weights part – With HIIT? Are you kidding me?

I have other books by this author and I'm starting to see that he knows what he is talking about and is right on the money. I exercise daily and use a hiit format on many days. Since using it, I have not only dropped weight but toned tremendously. This book is on the money and if you want to tone, this is an excellent book to start with. HIIT formats are challenging but fun. At the end you should feel accomplished and more energy.

Content is decent, and several studies are cited. Grammar and spelling need attention. For the price, it is worth a read...but if you are savvy to interval training, crossfit, etc. I would say keep looking.

I thought it was a good intro to HIIT. I'm actually writing my own book on HIIT and thought I'd look at my best competition. This book has been really successful. I do disagree with the author in that HIIT can be done with weights but it has to be the right exercises. Other than that small disagreement I thought the book was adequate and I love the history lessons at the beginning of the book.

I really liked this book, this book is packed with different exercises and facts that I really can use. The best part is I do not have to go to the gym or buy expensive work out equipment to get into shape!!
