Guy Martin (born 4 November 1981 in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England) is publicly known primarily as an English motorcycle racer, who also works as a lorry mechanic and TV presenter.
He has mainly competed in long-course road racing events such as the Isle of Man TT, Ulster Grand Prix and North West 200, but also on the short-course, English road circuit at Oliver's Mount. For the 2015 racing season, Martin rode large capacity Tyco BMWs and a smaller Smiths Triumph, but in early 2016 indicated he would not compete again until after a mid-year United States mountain-biking event.
Since 2011, Martin has found success in different aspects of media, appearing as the front man of several television programmes focussing on his passions of engineering, motor vehicles and speed, and penning two books, Guy Martin: My Autobiography (2015) and Guy Martin: When You Dead, You Dead.
