It’s obvious that she’s really passionate about her subject, however she doesn’t baffle the reader with science and cleverly uses analogies and humour to make this book an enjoyable read. Her sister also contributes some fantastic illustrations.
Definitely worth a read; I learned a lot!
I read this in conjunction with Prof Tim Spector's work in the UK and whilst following the British and America Gut project online.
Off to make a potato salad now!
