This book of the secret mission series is a bit of a let down. After all the set up in the other book it is not really explained why Dooku and Sidious went to so much trouble to try and turn a single Jedi rather then just kill him. It dose explain for later how the made in roads into the Chriss, and met the future Grand Admiral Thawn but aside from that nothing is really gained in this book. Even the fight on the cover does not really happen. If you bought the other book get this one as an ending otherwise don't bother.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best in the series! 16 April 2012
By Steven Wilkins - Published on Amazon.com

This book ties up one of the main story lines In the series and moves it in a different direction. I'm interested to see where they take things from here. As I've said in other post the books are a fine read and worth your time if you're a huge Star Wars fan.

4.0 out of 5 stars for my nephews 14 Jun. 2012
By Andres Vazquez - Published on Amazon.com

I bought this as a present for my nephews. I know that they love anything Star Wars, but I also would like to encourage them to read. What better way, than to give them books on subjects that they like and let their imaginations go wild.

5.0 out of 5 stars Star Wars series that keeps my sone reading 20 Dec. 2012

My 10 year old son loves this series and is only sad that there aren't more available. I ordered this as soon as I could and he let out a cheer when he got it for his birthday.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Series 20 Jan. 2014
By Dusty - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I haven't read the book, but my 8 year old son has, and he loves them. This rating is based on his feedback, and it applies to all of the Star Wars books by Ryder Windham. He has read all of the Clone Wars series and the Life of... series. I wish there were more by Windham.
4.0 out of 5 stars He actually enjoyed this series 1 Mar. 2015
By rural mom - Published on Amazon.com

My 13 year old son hates to read but loves Star Wars. He actually enjoyed this series. Our library had the first two volumes in the series but not the 3rd and 4th books. My son asked for the next book therefore I purchased the last two.
