In light of the previous two reviews, think it might be fair to write a clarifying note. This album, despite the cover undoubtedly making it an apparently misguided attempt to indicate that it might be a collaboration between the two fine Green guitarists, is not that at all. I have a vinyl copy somewhere of this in its original incarnation, issued on the (estimable) Red Lightnin' label, and attributed to "The Raven". I recall a mugshot of a guy in shades being on the cover. It is actually an extremely obscure collection of low-fi, blues-based tracks with a big, and equally eclectic guest list, which, aside from Peter Green and Mick Green, includes other British axe heroes such as John "Gypie" Mayo of Dr Feelgood fame. Despite not being what it is masquerading as being, and it being pretty difficult to identify the individual participants where they appear, there are, however, some interesting, albeit odd and "experimental" moments on here that reward repeated listening ... as long as it's clear what you're listening to. A bit esoteric, yes, but not without merit. If you like your blues a little unusual, listen to the clips and make your own mind up ...

Interesting, though. I think that IS Mick Green on the front cover, and not Frank Farley, although I see how that could be an arguable point, and it adds a further twist to the cover's misrepresentation ...

Two of my favourite guitarists of all time have produced a very poor CD. The cousins Green together with some mates wasting studio time in a self indulgent attempt at whatever,it sure ain't musical. The vocals have added FX that sound like a recording via a tin can. The only reason for 1 star is the occasional flash of Mick's excellence, Peter shuold have stayed at home ,otherwise it deserved zero star rating. However they will continue to be among my favourite guitar slingers, afterall everyone can make an odd blunder.Only buy this if you must or are the most avid fan.

I don't have to hear this cd. Anyone who thinks putting a picture of the Pirates drummer [ Frank Farley ] on the cover and hoping people will think it is Mick Green clearly is not a project that has any thought behind it at all. Cheapo explotation nonsense undoubtedly.
