This was a welcome surprise as it was one of two I bought second hand, from different sellers. The first one, from another seller, was filthy but this one is in very good condition, just as it was described.
The recipes look good although some of them have a very long list of ingredients, some of which are not readily available in the U.K.
For the price it is excellent value, even if I only make a few of the dishes.
Overall, I would recommend this book to anybody wanting to make interesting, meat free dishes.

This is an excellent book which I have had for some years - I bought it recently as an inspirational Christmas gift to my local pub landlord. I have tried most of the recipes now and none has been a disappointment - some have been sensational! A must for vegetarian cooks who want to ring the changes with interesting dishes.

I wanted a complete menu plan for vegetarian meals and this delivers. Plus heaps of extra nutritional info. Simple recipes that work and taste great.

This slim volume is a great way to inspire and broaden your range of vegetarian meals. It would also be a good place to start if deciding to drop animal protein from your diet.

This book has some great recipes. they are easy to do, and do not require strange ingredients that are impossible to find. A good everyday family cook book.
