The recipes look good although some of them have a very long list of ingredients, some of which are not readily available in the U.K.
For the price it is excellent value, even if I only make a few of the dishes.
Overall, I would recommend this book to anybody wanting to make interesting, meat free dishes.
This slim volume is a great way to inspire and broaden your range of vegetarian meals. It would also be a good place to start if deciding to drop animal protein from your diet.
