Don't be fooled by the misleading title. This is a collection of hundreds of the best books ever written, condensed into two page summaries. Very very handy, entertaining, and just fun to read. Browse from topics such as literary classics to health and fitness, it includes everything from "Hamlet" to "The Stand" to trivia and quotes and anecdotes. Sports, business and leadership, self-help, little-known facts and fictions, perfect for any occasion.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too Cliff Notes 24 Dec. 2012
By Pippin - Published on Amazon.com

Instead of just putting in two or three paragraphs that describe the storyline, I would've enjoyed the book more if the author inserted within the storyline the most important quotes in each work of Shakespeare. I do appreciate the section that the author devoted to quotes, but it seems to include too few for such an important writer as Shakespeare. I'm sure he had some universal truth expressed in pithy verses in each of his titles or he wouldn't be second only to the Bible as a quotable source.
