A really complete book and a must read for people with Graves Disease. I recognised myself in this book and it was reassuring to see that what I was going through for years was due to my disease. The disease is explained very thoroughly but in the last few chapters she is reviewing all the different treatment and alternative therapies and it is really complete and useful. I am so grateful for this book and for Elaine's blog, she has answered so many of my questions and still does. Can't wait to read her most recent one on hyperthyroidism.
