As a small business owner (I'm kind of a one man band!) I've found this blog so useful for getting my head around (and also, my heart around) ethical marketing and business. Mainstream hype-based marketing I find quite manipulative and dehumanising (amongst other thing), and what this blog offers is something of an antidote to that - a good mixture of practical instruction, teaching/coaching/explanation, and also some more philosophical stuff about how marketing and business practices can be forces for GOOD in the world!

I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn how to do business and how to market in ways that are ethical, effective, and conducive to building deep relationships with potential customers, and the wider communities we all live in.

Lynn's blogs and book are truly excellent. I've been reading and using her material since her first book came out. Whether you're a one man band or work for a large corporate her approach to marketing and sales is so relevant to the type of business, and type of world, we are moving into, that of the sharing economy, where people and relationships matter more than anything else. If you want to understand the practical steps you need to take to become truly customer-centric, and work with customers to co-create value together, this blog and Lynn's books are a must.

I have followed Lynn Serafinn and the 7 Graces programme for a few years now, and love both the blogs and books. They provide practical how to information on making the most of social media, but more importantly a steady reminder and role model about the most ethical and effective way to engage with my audience. Reaching heart to heart without hard-sell absolutely fits with my world-view as a well-being professional.

My introduction to Lynn's work was through her book 'The 7 Graces of Marketing' in itself a must-read for anyone who believes that marketing and business can be carried out with openness and integrity. the 7 Graces of Marketing blog is an expansion and continuation of that work - a cornucopia of delight and practical guidance for the ethical business owner or human being. One example of the values I have got that springs to mind is that following Lynn's post on writing blog posts got me more shares that I ever had before (100 in the first 24 hours!). I absolutely love this blog and recommend it to everyone.

What would I do without Lynn's marketing blogs? There is such a wealth of information, freely given, which has made my life so much easier regarding ethical marketing. I highly recommend tapping into Lynn's considerable knowledge and gleaning the benefits. I learned things that I didn't know I didn't know! :)
