The subjects broached are fairly comprehensive scope and target numerous concepts including becoming better at problem-solving, improving personal appearance, taking charge of personal health and ways to both save and make more money.
Whilst it is short it is not lacking in quality or depth, Cernovich helpfully includes many useful internet links and additional resources (all free to access) that supplement, or are the basis for, the ideas laid out in Gorilla Mindset.
As a nice addition, there are numerous 'work-sheets' inside that you can duplicate and work from to chart your progress.
I highly recommend this book, for some it will prove life-changing.
Cernovich makes it clear you may not agree with everything in his book and he doesn't care- his only concern is you making a change in your life, somehow, someway. my particular favourite parts were the chapters about being self aware, and dieting.
The only thing that bugged me a bit are there are a few parts in the book that are plagued by typos and spelling errors, of course not a massive problem because the meaning of Cernovich's writing is still intact, perhaps it even gives the book a more personal and down to earth charm?

Love the “no nonsense” style of writing which is straight to the point.
