This is the 4th book in the fabulous Lost & Found Series and should be read in that order so as not to spoil the series.
I've been waiting patiently (no, not at all!) for this story and I was not disappointed at all.
It's incredibly difficult to write a review without giving any of the story of the previous books away (this is my third attempt)
What I can say is that the characters are vibrant and leap off the pages to tell their story. It's a roller coaster ride of emotions and a story that leaves you wanting more, more, more.
I absolutely adored it.

HASH(0x8d08bf90) out of 5 stars What do we want? MORE When do we want it? NOWWWWWW 26 Sept. 2015
By Ange Hall - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Where do I begin? *taps chin* Oh, I know. First, WHERE THE HELL IS PART 2???? I need that s**t yesterday!!! I mean, is it really THAT wrong to go to an author's house and poke her with a cattle prod everytime she stops writing part 2? Because I'm about at that point! Woman! I need more....like right. now. Mkay? Mkay.

So I read the Lost & Found Series and completely healed from the mind f**k that is the series. I have never in my life had such a love/hate relationship with not only the author, but the characters as well. That plot twist tho! O. M. G! I shiver to this day thinking about it. If you haven't read it yet, then clearly you should not be reading the prequel to it. With that said, if you haven't read it, get busy. I'll wait. *picks up knitting needles and pretends to know what I'm doing* Don't look at me like that! I'm serious go read the series if you have not! One of the greatest twists ever. If you have read it, *fist bump* you rock!

Now when I heard that Jackie-OH (yes that's what I call her because....dayummmmmm that woman can write some hotness!)...train of thought....OH when I heard she was writing a prequel to my favorite peoples, I was more than excited. I was flipping ecstatic. If I could have done cartwheels, I would've, but seeing how I am energy-lacking and physically...ok so it just won't gonna happen, I just squealed and bounced on my bed. None the less, EXCITED!

I love her writing style. I've read everything that woman has written and I'm enamored by her. Tho I feel like I'm in some kind of sick and twisted emotionally abusive relationship with her. I laugh. I cry. I laugh. I cry. I smile. I get angry. I laugh. I cry. I'm ready to spit nails. I yell "WTF WOMAN?!?!?!" And that's from just one chapter! Her books are amazing. Her characters.... I absolutely love and adore them. I want to have their babies! She develops them well and you really get to know them. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.

Part 1 has me on the edge of my seat. I want...no no no I NEED more. I can't wait to see what is coming. I've always wondered about the beginning days of Becca and Grayson. Now I have a taste and I'm still hungry woman! GIMME GIMME GIMME! What else can I say here?...... 1-click this mutha!

HASH(0x8d08bfe4) out of 5 stars TOP FAV SERIES 16 Sept. 2015
By Wendy - Published on Amazon.com

For everyone who became Lost & Found in this series this is where it really all began. For everyone who became invested and addicted to these characters as much as I did, who as silly as it sounds befriended and loved these characters. For anyone NEEDING more time with them. For anyone who wanted to see it all unfold and watch each character grow. This is honestly one of the hardest reviews I've ever had to write, theirs so much I would love to talk about but I can not risk spoiling this adventure for anyone. What I can say is, this book will have you feeling like you're falling in love for the first time. You FEEL it. Just like you feel their pain, pleasure, frustration, sadness, dissapointment, confusion, jealousy, worry, betrayal, and happiness. We see the introduction of the Sybeccas, for anyone who loves those silly girls too, you know you do. Don't lie. Once you read Goodbye Reservations Part I events will start to click in place, you'll have a better understanding to .... well everything. To the people who need to follow in Beccas shoes and say GOODBYE to caution, GOODBYE to secrets, GOODBYE to uncertainty, and GOODBYE to reservations this series is for you. Even if you are not that person this series is an ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, UNDOUBTEDLY MUST FREAKING READ!!!

One thing that I really enjoy about Jacquelyn Ayres writing is that its realistic. Yes the story is fiction, but events that take place could easily happen to any one of us, the characters are relatable, flawed, and if you didn't know better you would think they're real. She can make me laugh until I can't breath and tears are streaming down my face, but this also means she has the power to make me ugly cry. Hardcore. You can tell she pours ALL of her heart into her books, you can feel it, she also takes a piece of yours when you read it. I for one would NOT have it any other way.

I am VERY excited for Part II of this Prequel and EVERYTHING else to come!!!

HASH(0x8d098c9c) out of 5 stars Love, Love, Loved this book!! 20 Sept. 2015
By Leeann Wright - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Well, for those who have read the Lost & Found series you will know what I’m talking about when I say this is where Becca 1st learned how to say her prayers!

I would recommend you do read the 1st 3 books in the Lost & Found series before you read Goodbye Reservations because it gives you the history of Becca and it probably won’t make sense if you haven’t read them.
There are lots of moments in this book that are both frustrating and funny all at the same time. Becca’s life journey is full of ups and downs and she has a wonderful support network to prop her up when she needs it but they also put her in her place & set her straight when required. Becca is a caring nurturing woman and people are instantly drawn to her. She is hard not to like. Where she is sitting in terms of maturity and life experience at the beginning of the book is a very different place to where she is by the end. Her growth as a character is beautifully done and she really comes into her own.

Jacquelyn Ayres is one of those authors that can make you cry, and I mean full on sobbing, bawl your eyes out cry on one page then have you laughing your butt off when you turn the page. I have no idea where her words come from but they are poignant, powerful and on the mark every time. She certainly has not disappointed with this latest book.
If you have already read The Lost & Found series, you will love this book & be happy you made the choice to read it, and if you haven’t yet had the pleasure of reading this series, you seriously need to correct that really quick and when you are done with the 1st 3 books read this one ASAP!! It is well worth your time!!

HASH(0x8d08d288) out of 5 stars I just LOVE everything Jacquelyn Ayres writes 16 Sept. 2015
By Debbie Baardsen - Published on Amazon.com

Where do I start with this.....I just LOVE everything Jacquelyn Ayres writes. She writes beautifully and knows exactly how to make you fall in love with ALL of her characters. After reading The Lost & Found Series, I felt like I needed more, I didn't want it to end. The story was so beautifully heartbreaking. Jacquelyn gave me more!!! She gave me the backstory to Becca's life leading to The Lost & Found series and it was just as wonderful as I knew it would be! I missed these characters so much and she let me visit with them for a little while longer! I cannot wait for part 2 to come out. I know I will laugh my ass off and ugly cry, maybe at the same time, but it will be sooo worth it! Thank you Jacquelyn for bringing these characters into my life. You never disappoint!

HASH(0x8d08d438) out of 5 stars We get to see what Grayson is like before everything that goes down in the trilogy 17 Sept. 2015
By mathphilosopher - Published on Amazon.com

Jacquelyn Ayres' "Goodbye Reservations" is part one of the prequel to the Lost & Found Trilogy. You definitely want to reread the trilogy first before reading this. I was fresh off of reading the trilogy recently and picked up on so many small details I might have missed if I hadn't read it recently. We get to see what Grayson is like before everything that goes down in the trilogy, which is very interesting! And Becca, well, if you thought she was deeply flawed during the trilogy - well - you get to see even more of her flaws and history here. I am so torn - I want to keep reading this series, but I don't know if I can handle complete heartbreak! I'll probably read the next one with one eye closed!
