However, don't be seduced into buying the Easy GI Diet by the same author. I did, and thought it would compliment The Good Carb Diet Plan and was disappointed to find that it was exactly the same book but between different covers and a new title. Same pages, photos, same page numbers!

The overuse of the word "tone" used with regard to exercise: "such-and-such will tone your body". A buzzword which most people who really know what they're talking about avoid using.
If that kind of stuff bugs you, the rest of the book is good. I personally would have preferred to see a little more protein in the menu plans in the form of red meat but you can always make up your own menues.
