I wrote directly to K-Edge more than a week ago to ask for clarification on this question and have had nothing back, so they get zero stars for customer service.
1) The first was to get an alternative prospective when filming my rides out on the trails.
2) Due to having a dropper post the standard GoPro one just didn’t work for me.
As for the product! It is a little expensive but the build is far superior to the plastic ones from eBay or even GoPro. People have reported them coming lose when on the trail, but I added extra thread-lock to mine and that seem to fix that issue (but have one been on one ride so time will tell).
The only thing I will say is not to do the actual Alan-bolt that hold the camera in too tight. I had an issue where I think mine was to tight so the case didn't have any flex! This resulted in my GoPro case cracking across the lens. So would recommend only doing it up till the camera doesn't move then easy it back just a touch...
