Picked this book because I have read other Go MAD books and like them because they are easy to read and contain lots of tips and ideas that you can keep going back to. This wasn't a let down. Having read through it once I know I will go back it to dip into many times when looking for help. Loads of helpful tips and it makes you think about yourself and how engaged you are at work as well as how you impact on those around you. It's split into sections for individuals and sections for leaders so you can quickly find what applies to you. Some really good ideas that I feel I can start putting into practice straight away.
