This book is teaming with educational information but Christine's style of writing has a light skip to it that means everyone can easily read and learn about plant based nutrition - very enjoyable and simple to follow.
Also packed with lots of recipes that I cant wait to try! Initially I was disappointed not to see any photos but I find I'm actually reading the recipes more and now getting excited to see how they turn out! Of course, they'll all be perfect as I've nothing to compare them to!!
I like the way too, in some recipes, Christine has given the option of adding your own choice of protein powder in if you want to boost your protein intake.
Plus there's the added bonus of the 30 day plan (and losing weight!) where there are also shopping lists etc to make it easy to follow.
Overall, an excellent nutritional reference book combined with lots of delicious recipes (yes, Ive tried some and as always, Christine's recipes work and taste delicious plus you know you're getting a nutritional punch!)
Personally I am not vegan (nor do I intend to be) but I already know this is going to be a valuable book in my collection and I might just use the 30 day plan to have a vegan day once a week - just because I can!
Also I think if they added photos it would help people get excited about the recipes.
A good variety of recipes and helpful information.
Really needs photos though, but this is a personal preference.
Lots of recipes that focus on getting plant based protein and avoiding High carb meals.
Definitely requires a bit of planning and sticking the store cupboard in advance though.
