I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about this brand, and let me tell you, it’s not just hype.First off, the packaging is pretty slick. You open it up, and it’s like, “Hello, quality!” It comes with a nice little instruction, and they even highlight this nifty, easy swap feature.Inside the box, you’ve got a base adapter, x2 spacers, and x3 facial adapters. Each piece is crafted with such precision that you can tell a lot of thought went into it. It’s all about enhancing your VR experience, and if you’re a serious gamer like me, you’re gonna appreciate it.The base adapter, as the name suggests, is the foundation of this design. It attaches firmly to the Quest 3, and once installed, you no longer need to remove it. This provides a stable magnetic base for the other parts. The two spacers included in the kit are a thoughtful addition. They’re all about adjusting the distance from your eyes, which is a big plus if you’re a glasses wearer.he three facial adapters are easily exchangeable; they snap on and off magnetically, making swapping them out a breeze. They’re made of PU and fabric, using high-quality materials.The pads are so soft that it’s like a cushion for your face. Plus, they’re removable, so you can wash or clean them as needed. But if that’s not your thing, you can easily remove the silicon part. So the user can get even more comfort at the expense of light leaking inside.The great bonus of these magnetic attachments is that you can easily switch to open-face mode and get a greater field of view and a more immersive experience. Your face has zero contact with the headset, which is the maximum comfort level!Another interesting feature of this kit is the ventilation design! It’s designed to let air flow in to avoid lens fogging, which was a big issue for me with the original facial interface. You no longer need to remove the headset to get rid of fog or do lens cleaning when engaged in an intense activity anymore, which is also a great plus.The Globular Cluster F3 is an excellent accessory for any Quest 3 user who aims to use it for a prolonged period, i.e. gamers or computer users who want to alter the traditional displays with big virtual screens for day-to-day use.
