      Lightweight but sturdy and fits easily on to my spectacles but gets a little getting used to. By the third or fourth time of use I was finding it easier to adjust and focus on where I was going and noticing things behind me. Admittedly my use of this little device is probably a little unusual - I want it to help me keep an eye on my dog while I am riding on tracks in the countryside on my electric unicycle. I don't go very fast but you know how dogs will dawdle and I don't want to leave her too far behind. Her favourite trick is to trot along just behind me in my blind spot by my left shoulder, so I stop and there she is as if to say "what are you stopping for?" You can't win them all.

      reasonable product , mirror moves a bit too easily. arm 1 1/8" too long which means it bounces about too much. I cut off that amount and shaking no longer a problem. Can be used on right or left leg of spectacle frame a big plus.

      The mirror itself is only about the size of a small spectacle lens, but gives a really clear view of following vehicles - once you get it adjusted correctly. I have mine attached to my helmet, and it gets knocked out of position every time I take my helmet off 🤬. And then, of course, the view changes as your head moves (but that can be an advantage on hills, bends, etc).

      For me and my helmet, the length of the "arm" is just right. The arm twists through 360° at several points; the mirror itself can be tilted up or down, and left or right. So it can easily be used for right-hand or left-hand attachment.

      I do find myself closing my left eye to see in the mirror, which is only a couple of inches or so from my right eye. Perhaps I won't need to do this once I get used to the mirror - but I've only been out for one 8-mile ride since getting it ...

      It's also worth bearing in mind that the mirror creates a tiny blind spot for one eye, as it is so close. The blind spot is (for me at least) more of a slight feeling of disorientation at seeing in two directions simultaneously, like a chameleon, than a danger. The "blind" area is so small (and can be eliminated by a small head movement) that it isn't actually dangerous. It took me just the first 4 miles to get used to it.

      I wasn't sure whether or not I would find this mirror useful. But (bearing in mind that you can only see in it with one eye) it gives a really clear view behind. I have a convex bike mirror which makes following traffic look so far away (if visible at all) that I get a fright when something passes me. Vehicles are visible much earlier in this mirror, and estimating their distance is much more intuitive. After just one bike ride, I wouldn't be without it!

      So why not five stars? Well, it's quite difficult to adjust the mirror - and then once you've got it positioned to your liking, as soon as you take off your helmet / glasses, it gets knocked out of position again 🤬. It looks and feels quite femmer (fragile), and I'm not convinced it will survive the knocks for long ...

      ne ho provati altri, questo è il migliore. Gli altri avevano blocco sul casco con vite, e succedevano due cose, con il tempo si rovina il casco, oppure la vite si spana. Questo invece ha un sistema che si aggancia al braccio degli occhiali e lo fa avvolgendoli non c'è niente che si stringe e si avvolge con un ferro spesso e gommato. Lo specchio rispetto ad altri è più visibile e anche stabile, si può regolare agevolmente. A seconda del casco, degli occhiali e della testa del guidate bisognerà storcere l'asta che regge lo specchietto per avere più o meno visibilità. E' una cosa assolutamente semplice da fare. Non riuscirete subito al primo colpo a regolarlo, ma va bene così, una volta capito ci si vedrò bene. Consigliatissimo
