I loved the first two books in this series where Beth and Jake were secondary characters and im so glad that we get the full back ground to Beth and Jake's rocky relationship in Give me all of you.
Jake has been a character that i liked from the start, i think it was really nice how he worked so hard to show his feelings for Beth but he didnt pressure her for more than she could give he went at her pace the whole time.
This was a fast paced roller coaster of a emotional ride kind of read and it was just brilliant.
Beth has had some hard times and this has really knocked her confidence in relationships and love.
The secrets that Beth thought would break them as a couple only brought them closer together,Jake is a real sweetheart.

It is a bumpy road traveled for Jake and Beth but with each other and some great friends eventually they wind up where you are meant to be with there own HEA.
F.L. Jacob did a fantastic job telling Jake and Beth's story and portraying the heat and smoking chemistry that existed between them. The sex was hot.
Another great recommended read from the wonderful author.

The male lead in this book, is awful. I really disliked Jake... How can anyone create a guy that puts every other man, real and fiction to shame?
This guy was epic. He took all Beth threw at him, and still loved her. He took it all in his stride. Who is this guy!?
Why wasn't this book even longer than it was? I needed more Beth and Jake.
It was obvious Beth loved this guy, but with her past. I guess it would make anyone dubious about trusting love.
All the twists that they threw at you also, just broke my heart.
For me Beth didn't seem like someone good enough for Jake, but as the story unfolds.. I think she was perfect for him. She needed a guy like Jake to be her rock.
I have definitely found myself a new author to read. Loved this so much!

Give Me All Of You was great and I am so glad I got to read it. Jake and Beth have an on / off relationship when the book starts and she feels that she shouldn't be loved. Over the book you find out that Beth is hiding a secret from Jake and he hides one from her too regarding his mom. A lot happens in the book, and Beth's mom gets sick which is very difficult to read, Maxx is Beth's brother and a good character and maybe he might get his own book at some point.
I think that its sweet that Jake loves Beth for all her imperfections. If only that could happen in real life!
I will definitely be reading the other books in the series.

What a perfect, hits every emotion you have, book. I absolutely love Jake & Beth's story. Such a real couple facing life's day to day obstacles. Esp learning Beth's secret ;) I love Jakes persistence and love for Beth. I love seeing Beth grow as a person and learning to open up and love who she was/is. And I loved having the whole crew together again! (Lots of love here for sure)
I absolutely have loved the Black Hollywood Series FL Jacob has written. And even better, you can read this one without having to read the others. BUUUT you definitely want to make sure to read them ALL. PROMISE you won't regret it ;)

HASH(0x9aab48e8) out of 5 stars Jake & Beth = Perfection 16 Mar. 2015

What can I say but this book was Simply Fantastic. Jake & Beth's story is simply heartwarming. They say getting to a HEA may take you on a roller coaster of a ride with many ups and downs and twists and turns but eventually you wind up where you are meant to be. Beth and Jake are just perfect for each other their story has a lot of emotion and at times I had to reach for the tissues. Their are many things the two of them have to overcome but you just can't wait to see the outcome. From page one right up until you see the words The End this book will have drawn you in and you won't want to put it down even for a second.

HASH(0x99d164bc) out of 5 stars Another Good Book In this Awesome Series. 22 Mar. 2015
By Rebel Reviewer - Published on Amazon.com

Finally, Jake and Beth's story! I have been waiting for this one. I love this series, so when I saw that Ms. Jacob had finally written their story, I had to read it. Stubborn Beth had both Jake and myself wanting to shake her a little.

Beth had some deep-seeded secrets that she felt were unforgivable, thanks to her father. She had been living a self-imposed internal hell. Well, really, it wasn't self-imposed, "Daddy Dearest" planted those seeds in her at a young age. No child should have to live with that. With no one in her corner to fight her battle for her, like her mother should have done, she ended up estranged from her family, except from her younger brother whom she kept in touch with.

While Jake didn't know what was going on inside poor Beth, he knew enough, to be patient with her...for TWO YEARS! He held on, LOVING HER, giving her time. What a dreamboat!

Okay, Ladies, I must mention right here also, that dreamboat Jake, was raised in Australia. *cue Auzzie accent* *SWOON*

F.L. Jacob is not a new author to me, as you can tell. I love her writing style, how she slowly peels back the onion of information a little at a time, knowing when to give us what we need, when we need it, teasing us just enough to make us want more, never letting us get bored with the book.

She can bring the heat too! Let's just say Jake and Beth both know what they want and when they want it. Neither of them are sexually shy. So, the book will leave you a little..."excited." *grin*

While I talk about the heat and the writing style, I must also talk about the heart. It has heart. It touches on subject matter that makes you think about life, love and how important relationships are, at every level. This isn't just a fluffy, sexy book. While it doesn't go real down, deep, tear-jerking feelings, it gives you enough to make you think.

Good Job, F.L. Jacobs. 4.5 Stars

HASH(0x9a07ea38) out of 5 stars A loving story! 23 Mar. 2015
By Wendy Racine - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I enjoyed the first two books in the series and I was intrigued to find out that Jake and Beth were going to be getting their own book. From the glimpses we got in the previous books I knew there was more to their relationship and I couldn’t wait to delve into it more.

Beth has been held hostage by her past. She has gone through some rough times and because of that, love has become something really hard for her. She refuses to let it in. Jake, on the other hand, has been falling fast and hard for Beth. He know she’s it for him and wants to have her in his life. He shows Beth that he will be there for her no matter what. Now it’s up to Beth to decide whether to stay or run, whether to let the past or the present/future win.

What I liked about this book was that F.L. showed the trials and tribulations of a real-life couple. The events that take place can be what any couple goes through and that made the story so real to me. It was great to see the progression of Beth from the beginning to the end. She was a woman who was scared of love to one that couldn’t live without it. And Jake was such a wonderful guy. The love that he had for Beth was gigantic. He would do anything for her and he definitely showed that. It was nice to read about a truly good guy.

Just like the first two books,I enjoyed this one. Such a loving story about letting go of the past and living in the present and future. It goes to show how love can really conquer all.

HASH(0x9a0c8db0) out of 5 stars Gifted by author in exchange for an honest review. 24 Mar. 2015

Elizabeth "Beth" Emmons was a beautiful yet broken woman. Her pain was so palpable everyone could see how much she struggled with her demons. Beth learned at a young age men will break your heart and that is the reason she won't allow herself to love anyone not even Jacob "Jake" Martin. The man that is taking pieces of her heart without her knowing.

Jacob "Jake" Martin was an Aussie God of a man. He was a man with an agenda, making Beth Emmons realized he was the man for her, yet the task was more difficult than he could imagine, but that was not stopping him to achieve his goal.

Jake and Beth are two passionate couple, their chemistry is insane, the love he has for her is greater than anything yet she can't love him back unless she comes clean with him, but at what cost.

I am a huge fan of the Black Hollywood Series, Gaston and Bre's love story was insane but Jake and Beth's story will leave speachless. I urge you guys if you haven't read this awesome series, you will not be disappointed!!!
