The rigid optical Schott glass protects the LCD and working display from scratches, abrasions and minor impact. Twelve layers of multicoating, including a nano technology fingerprint and water repellent hydrophobic layer, improve colour quality and improve transparency. The LCD is protected from UV radiation, acid and alkali, prolonging its working life.
The AEGIS screen protector easily attaches to the camera using TESA 4972 very thin filmic double sided tape from Germany. This forms an airproof seal and prevents liquid or dust entering the display.
Pack includes a micro fibre cleaning cloth, ideal for cleaning all optical surfaces.

Just to add to my thoughts, as I've owned it a while now, I've taken one star off because it smudges very easily, so whenever you want to see the screen and you've got bright sunlight around you, you have to wipe it with a cloth/t-shirt etc.
Oh and haha re the second person who wrote a review about it not including the top cover glass piece, I guess he forgot to read the first person who mentioned it :P
The UK importers website only lists the L version, but Giottos main (worldwide) website shows both screens and the part number doesn't have an L suffix.
Buyer be aware!
UPDATE - The UK importer has now confirmed that only the main LCD screen is sold in the UK.
After ordering item as described (protector for both back and top display) and receiving only the the protector for the back LCD display I've contacted Customer Support.
Because I already opened the package and placed the protector on the back display, Amazon promised to resend the item without extra charge, which is very nice. Unfortunately the second shipment again did not contain the top display protector.
After getting in touch with customer support again they did a full refund, which is very nice again. I even didn't have to send the item back.
But Amazon doesn't seem to be able to change the product description, so please bear in mind: Amazon only ships the back display protector! Without exception. Product description is wrong!
And to be honest: customer support did a great job. They just seem not to be able to solve the actual issue, which is a wrong product description.
