Really excellent gpu for the price, I run all game that I play at maximum settings (games include GTA5, dota2 and the witcher) the only comment I have negatively against it is it can get a little loud when it ramps up to full, that maybe because I don't have all my case fans for my computer yet so the whole thing is hotter than would be ideal. I won't deduct any stars because of it as although the noise is noticible, it's by no means loud! It only seems it because it's practically silent when not at maximum load.

I searched Amazon for this card after looking at benchmarks which put it up with the highest performing cards out there. I don't know why this Gigabyte version of the GTX960 was so cheap, much cheaper than the other 4GB versions but it works fantastically well, and uses less power than the 2GB 7870HD it replaced. It looks a quality build too.

This will be occasionally used for gaming but also 3D rendering and game development. I am using an EVGA 650w power supply which copes easily with the 400w load.

Its good card. The only reason I went with the 4GB version was because I use it to run a monitor and TV.I just got to replace my old HD7950 as that started to have some artefact problems. both good cards and can run the reboot of Tomb Raider at very high settings. I can't recommend this card or any NVidia card for Direct x 12 games as the AMD R9 380 tracheas the card and in a bad way for direct x 12 games .What makes it even worse is you can get a AMDR9 380 at a lot cheaper price. I wish I had known about what was about to happen when I brought said card as I would have gone for the AMD version. Is this card quit when running at full load .It is a bit more quitter than most. If you are on a budget and play in high end games then you will need an AMD card.

really good card for current games and will still last well into the future
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 September 2015
Budget card, but I was upgrading from a GTX560 so I notice considerable improvements over nearly all recent titles. Great performance for 1080p gaming however, and some titles like Rome2 Total War, Witcher 3 and GTAV really need the extra VRAM to run on ultra settings. Fans only power on when gaming and are not too loud. Decent size card that just fits my case, so check dimensions before you order. Quite pleased, Gigabyte have a good component reputation and the card is worth the relative decent price. Will probably last me the next two years or so, the same length of time I had the GTX560 (actually had that card since summer 2012, so nearer three years of solid performance). If you want to play the latest titles and are on a budget as well as want good performance, then this will not dissapoint.

5.0 out of 5 stars Scheda di qualità
Reviewed in Italy on 13 September 2015
Scheda ottima, veloce, stabile e silenziosa.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastica scheda grafica!
Reviewed in Italy on 20 April 2016
Ho sperimentato:
-Battlefield 4 con fps minimi a 34fps e massimi a 62fps (tutto in ultra-no AA)
-Rocket League (ultra) fluidissimo
-CS:GO (ultra) con max 150fps

4.0 out of 5 stars Ottima scheda video
Reviewed in Italy on 29 June 2017

4.0 out of 5 stars Eine solide Grafikkarte für einen fairen Preis.
Reviewed in Germany on 28 September 2015

- 2x DVI !

5.0 out of 5 stars scheda grafica di livello eccellente per qualità prezzo
Reviewed in Italy on 8 September 2016
