The author, Gerald Hawksley, has written a story about ghosts, and this is one of the best of them. It is almost Halloween, and soon the ghosts will be out. Someone knows the way to Ghostie town where all the ghosts hang out. Once you get to ghostie town, we meet many of the ghosties, and we also get to see what they do. When you read this book you will understand and get to see for yourself exactly what occurs.
Adults will enjoy reading this book to their children. The children will love all the different aspects of ghostie town, and all the activities that the ghosties take own. The illustrations by the author, Gerald Hawksley, are bright, vivid and colorful. They depict the activities and story of the ghostie. The book is written in rhyme, and that is one of the most wonderful methods to tell a story.

Everyone knows that ghosts are the main residents in Ghost Town so on Halloween we trek to Ghost Town to see for ourselves. A great variety of ghosts we encounter and at the end of the day, we're not scared of ghosts, now are we?
A delightful yet silly rhyming book by one of my favorite children's book authors, Gerald Hawsley. Bright and colorful illustrations matching with rhymes make this a must-read for children of all ages. It works even better when read aloud.
