I picked this up for free! I wasn't sure about it when I started reading it as with no reviews I didn't have a lot to go on.

I quickly fell into the story and struggled to put it down. Lucy, Ryan and Jon aren't obvious characters they make you think added to this there is an underlying tension throughout and you sense things are building. I finished reading it several days ago but The Ghost in My Bedroom is one of the stories you can't shake, it stays with you and you morn its end.

A beautifully written story about friendship, life and love.

3.5 adjusted to a 4 for reviewing purposes

I felt this was an interesting concept. It was an easy and quick read, fairly light on plot and simple language. I enjoyed seeing Lucy with Ryan, a ghost, but when another interest is brought into the picture for me there was just too much teen angst and too many lies being told. That part didn't mesh with the Lucy we met in the earlier book.

Up until the last chapter i was satisfied to leave it as a standalone, but that last chapter (and the teaser of the next book) are enough to hold my attention and make me want to see what happens next.

Not a bad read, a mix of friends, romance, angst and learning who you are as you leave high school.

loved this supernatural story it does exactly what it says on the tin AND more. A villain, a ghostly hero and a sweet love triangle between lucy, ryan and jon which was really entertaining. Mixed with humour and a shocking, hanky at the ready twist of an ending (no, I'm not crying, I've something in my eye...ok, something in BOTH eyes....ok, ok, I was crying) Oh and free to boot! Cannot wait to start book 2 which I quite happily paid for (even tho I promised myself no more book sets) I hope book 2 IS the last in the series (don't think my eyes can stand to have anything else in them.... if you know what I mean!) I'm afraid my hubby and son will have to share the cats dinner, order in or heat up a salad lol as I'm starting book 2 now. It's gonna be a long night for all three of us I'm afraid (happy) to say. I would strongly recommend this book to any supernatural fan or whoever likes a good luv mush. So get out the hankies (you might have something in your eye), feed the cat (for instructions on family see above :) ) And enjoy!!!

Book is fantastic, a must read of a story if torn love between wanting something you'll never have and trying to live life to the full. The ending was shock just shocking, and it made me cry that Jon ran out and the horrific ordeal that Lucy was put through. Book is one of my favourites for sure with fab characters like Spencer and Ryan.
