Great value and works a treat

The perfect small home network solution for my needs.
When the wifi signal is just not good enough and I have fixed kit in one place, then something as small as this and as cheap as this is absolutely ideal.
Setup is really simple and the low power consumption means it can be run all the time.

Item does the job, using it to service a WDTV Live, xbox360 and Blu-ray player, all through an 85mb Homeplug.

A simple device which works very well in my home set-up, where I have a Powerline ethernet socket feeding a Sony Bravia TV, Sony Blueray player and LaCie LaCinema 1Tb media player all via this hub. Works just great, takes little space and very neat.

This product is great, it does exactly what it's supposed to with no fuss, just unpackage it, plug it in and it works. Now my 360, PS3 and PC are all connected to the net without me having to unplug one in favour of another. As for the quality of the product, well, what can I say, it's small, smart enough and light weight, I couldn't expect anything more and a great price to boot. If you need to connect multiple aplliances to the net via your router, get one of these!

Received the item promptly and within 5 minutes of opening I had my pc and xbox sharing an internet connection using this with hardly noticable lag - would recommend this item.

Great little item.

This item was just what I needed, and works perfectly for what I needed.
Having just upgraded to a quicker internet speed, and with the router located some 30m away from a number of our electronic items, I wanted to be able to connect many of them directly to the internet, instead of using a wireless connection, which had a very weak signal, due to the distance.

I already had a network cable running the length of the house, so for me, this really was a case of just "plug-and-play". I used one port to connect the cable running from the router, and connected two other ports to the equipment (a PS3, and our Sattelite receiver). Both were working instantly. And there are still a couple of empty ports available.

This product does come with a UK plug for providing power, so I needed an adapter for using outside UK, but it still works just fine.

For the price, this product is just great.

Solves Samsung LE37C650 network problem

Bought this cheap little switch to see if it would solve the network connection problems associated with the Samsung LE C650 TV range. To my surprise and delight it worked a treat as this tv is very picky about which routers it will connect with. You need to have a router which supports 100/100 full duplex which both mine don't. The switch is very compact and easy to tuck away in a corner, it comes with it's own power supply and does not sem to get warm even though it is left on 24/7. If you have a Samsung internet telly then you will probably need one of these! Cheaper than buying a new wi-fi router:) Don't forget to buy an extra ethernet cable if you don't have spares as you will need to connect this to your router then plug your pc's etc into the switch as well(unless you are using wi-fi of course)

I got this as i wanted to add my bt vison box and blueray player to my network but not have to change ethernet cables to upgrade items the switch is well made and the price is very good,the setup is very easy and the switch in beween both items is easy and works very well makes upgrading both items a piece of cake
