Marvellous and very original , simple like all the best ideas. This toy is as durable as lego or knex. Our two boys are 4 and 6 but all young visitors, male and female, who come to our house are fascinated by this toy. The magnetic link is very strong - putting the pieces back into the box the magnetic field forces them to leap into their places. There are as many endless combinations to make up as you will get from any other construction toy... I would say on average this toy is played with 5 times a week and the more you buy the more it is used. However I find it all over the place, stuck to radiators fridges and pipes. But that's the same as other toys with small parts and usually since they are attached to something I find them in the end. Mostly they make models and symmetrical shapes and naturally can be shaped into many things including of course guns.!!
