Wonderful bit of kit

Received this a couple of days ago and I have no problems at all with it.
Looks really trendy and very well made too. This will last me a long long time.
I just use it for transferring data to my phone micro cards because it is easier to it that way then through the phones programs.
It is a nice design and works very well for my needs.
Doesn't run hot for me and feels always cool when I use it for file transfers.
Overall I am pleased with it and for the price you cannot go wrong.
Definitely not made for sticking in a media player or the likes.
It is a Micro-SD SDHC to USB Mobile Memory Card Reader and that is all.
Great product for the price it really is.

I found myself in possession of a spare 32gb Micro SD card and also in need of a 32gb USB drive. This item saved me buying another USB drive and enabled me to combine the micro sd card into a portable memory drive.

I did read that some people reported that theirs heated up and used a lot of power, I can;t say I noticed any excessive heat on mine and I did have it plugged into my laptop for well over an hour while I set it up and copied data to it.

This is a handy gadget, it's well constructed and feels very sturdy.

Glad I bought one.

I had another microSD card reader die, and this is it's replacement. It's well-made, the rotating cap serves as a dust cover for the USB port, and it has an activity LED. The only downside is that it's not entirely obvious how to insert the SD card into it; I got it wrong first time. Time will tell of its longevity, but at the price, I'm not worried.

It works very well, unlike the other cheap £2-3 adapters you can find on amazon. i recommend this over most other adapters, the two and only problems being the small overheating issue and somewhat large energy consumption. It won't be a problem if you use it on your PC or MAC though.
