I bought this "used" copy from World of Books Ltd., It is an excellent book so if you can lay your hands on a copy then get it ----- used copies are great value. Gennaro Contaldo needs no introduction his recipes and writing just make you want to get into the kitchen and get down to creating some of these mouthwatering dishes.
