At first they were a bit uncomfortable but I found ways of wearing them during my floor stretches lying on my back or sitting in Dandasana (staff pose) where I could flex or rotate my ankles or do lying twists, back raises and leg stretches and at the same time not really feel the toe stretchers whilst still gaining the benefit of wearing them. Several of my students have bought some and they are also pleased with the results.
Try them and see for yourself.
