It's easy to understand and follows a clear logical path. Due to the age the book is now hard to find.

This book is what most businss spokes-people and politicians don't read when tell the rest of us that there are "Lessons to be Learnt!" There may or may not be lessons to be learnt, but unless you approach it the Gemba way, those lessons will never be applied. And if the process had been appling Gemba techniques, we wouldn't have to be listening to someone spouting a load of PR stuff - the problem would have been fixed long before it became a national embarrassment or worse.
This book fits right in next to Edward Deming and Crosby books on process and quality. Doesn't read too easily, so I'll give it 4 stars.
