A very useful book discussing homosexuality in film; but being published in 1977, it obviously only covers films up to that point. There are three essays: by Caroline Sheldon on Lesbians and Film, Richard Dyer on stereotyping, ending with Jack Babuscio - who readers may remember from his Gay Times film reviews in the halcyon days - on Camp and the gay sensibility. The essays stop on page 57, with no pictures except the front cover - it is a very good format, with slightly bigger pages than the average paperback and a more solid feel, matching the sterling content.
