It’s a good looking watch but takes a few goes to work out which up and which down does what. Still learning. I spent a long while researching a GPS and I didn’t choose a touch screen watch but that might have been easier. Not cheap. It will have to do!
A close friend of mine is a professional golf coach and strongly recommends this make and model over others, for example the Bushnell Neo. He knows more about it than me, so I’d go with his word.
Key pros and key features: Connects to GPS quickly Large number display Lasts for 12 hrs before charging needed. If you have it on watch setting it will last for months Comfortable and lightweight Gives detailed information on distances to greens and hazards, bunkers and ditches and handy to input your score as you go around the course. Ability to measure your shots and the scorecard function keeps track of the game. Which can be uploaded to Garmin Express to record your scores. Pre-loaded with a full worldwide course library 41,000+ free course updates.
A very few small negatives: Not that intuitive initially but you can get the hang of it quite quickly Occasionally you have to manually force it to change hole if some greens are very close together but on the whole very accurate.
