As a fan of mini greenhouses, this seemed like the ideal answer for growing my tomatoes. It was just the right shape for a growbag and was entirely sealed - no chance of any slugs or insects getting in. This seems like a great idea and in theory with the grow bag holding it down you would think that this is a fairly solid little green house. Sadly the plastic cover is worryingly thin. The support poles are also far less sturdy than mini greenhouses I have purchased from DIY stores. I placed my seedlings in the growhouse within the growbag and after one slightly windy day, the how lot toppled over, tipping the growbag over and flattening my seedlings. The support poles buckled and the plastic ripped. So...I now have a pile of metal and torn plastic in my shed! I will now be buying another of my trusty mini greenhouses from somewhere and just keeping an eye out for the slugs etc. Shame, was a fab idea.

I bought this product, put it toegther carefully and placed it in a SHELTERED part of my garden.

The next day was quite windy and when i got home from work the whole thing had collapsed, the upright supports had snapped at the place where they join with the bottom of the product and the whole thing was lying in a heap on top of my precious tomato plants.

It was not posible to put it together again as so many pieces had snapped, so i returned the item.

I broke three plastic connectors just putting the thing together, which had to be taped to the flimsy framework. First wet and windy day the weight of water sitting on the flat top buckled and bowed the frame. Absolutely useless product. If I could give this a no-star rating i would have done. Do not buy.

Any slight breeze and the Growhouse can't cope. I had mine setup with the growbag in it assuming that would be enough to hold it down. This morning I found the growhouse across the other side of the garden. The growbag and base still in its place but the rest of the frame and cover was across the garden and plastic connectors ALL snapped rendering the whole thing un-usable.

I've tried to find spare connectors but doesn't seem to be available.

I bought this last year to grow my tomatoes. (this being my first attempt and growning them) It went up easily but within 3 days I came home to find it lying in next doors garden and the frame was broken. Complete waste of money. I placed this next to a fense for shelter but to no avail. The frame is now being used as stakes for other plants around the garden. I would not recommend this.

I was a bit unsure about ordering because of other reviews but decides to buy two to try for myself, and i am so glad i did. Once they are secured, as they say in the instructions. They are very sturdy. They are also very easy to put together. I am so impressed i will be ordering more of the same

Having read the other reviews, I was a bit worried I had ordered this item. However, mine has now been out for three very wet and windy days and has done the job perfectly.

It was easy to assemble and provided you either peg it down or weigh it down (the grow bag placed on the racks provided will do this) and you then tie it to something on a fence or wall via the eyelets provided, it will not move. Maybe the other unhappy customers did not secure their Growhouses in this way, as per the instructions?

I would recommend it as a good value solution to growing things like peppers and tomatoes outdoors when you don't have the luxury of a greenhouse.
