I'm not very familiar with astrology but I did try to compare this books calendar with common everyday zodiac calendar and the zodiac signs dont match up. Seems other people have tried to do the same where they had concluded the book had the wrong signs/zodiac signs throughout.
I was confused why this was and thought the author may have gotten it all wrong.
However after much reading around the subject I found the book is using the sidereal zodiac ( not western one) and the author even states this as using a sidereal 27- day cycle. Author also mentions it gives the tribne 120 angle between sun and moon. I can only guess that the author knows what hes talking about as I cant verify his calculations to get the zodiac signs on each day. I'm choosing to trust the author and will try it out with curiosity.
The author would probably benefit writing at the beginning to explain why we cant compare his calendar to a western astrological calendar, to at least give us some confidence it's not wrong when we check signs on a given date.

This is the first year I have planted by the moon and this diary has been very useful and easy to follow. However, I noticed some mistakes such as the Hunters Full Moon seems to be on two days and sometimes the pictures i.e., leaf etc., do not match the description of say of planting root veggies. This is a shame as the book is informative and easy to follow. But the book seems to lack some proof reading.
However, I am sure that the book has helped me to grow a bumper crop of flowers and cabbages! Just wish my tomatoes had done as well!!

The 2018 book contains accurate astronomical calculations and an improved layout of the daily aspects. Best of all, this is a calendar showing GMT and BST time for greater convenience. I really like the quality of paper for writing notes!
