About the Author
Tanya Barnard is a new mom and lives in Kelowna, BC. Sarah Kramer is the author or co-author of four previous bestselling cookbooks, How It All Vegan, The Garden of Vegan, La Dolce Vegan, and Vegan a Go-Go! She lives in Victoria, BC with her husband, where she manages a tattoo shop in addition to creating vegan masterpieces.

I would definately recommed this book to anyone who needs to cook for vegans or vegetarians although I found that even non-vegetarians loved all the recipies I tried from How It All Vegan.
The only downside is that this is AMERICAN so all measurements in cups and some ingredients unfamiliar (eg zucchini = aubergine and capsicum = pepper).
I promise if you buy it, you won't be disappointed!
The book is also such a fun read: see p.219 for tips on throwing a slumber party, or p.27 paragraph on 'saucy questions'...
