About the Author

Clarissa Dickson Wright of Two Fat Ladies fame is a celebrated food writer, presenter and is a keen countryside campaigner. I like a certain amount of game but can't be doing with skinning, plucking or sorting out 'shot' etc. This has some great recipes that cover the various types of game and I highly recommend the deer and beetroot - great with mash!
