I got these about 3 days ago, i did not order them from amazon due to them being shipped from the US. I installed them into my Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard with ease.

I'm a touch disappointed that 16gb of DDR3 1600MHz memory only gets a 7.6 on the windows index rating but oh well!

I'm not overly into overclocking memory as i know how easy it can be to damage memory. Other than that im pleased with this memory and no one can really complain at 16gb of memory for around £80!

I'm a little disappointed that it isn't clearer that this item ships from US!

If I get stung for import duties and VAT as well I'll be really upset.

I'll edit this review when the item finally arrives.... in about a weeks time if not more (could be 3 weeks from order)

HASH(0x910a4cf0) out of 5 stars Great Memory! 13 Jun. 2011

I love this memory. Works flawlessly with my ASUS Sabertooth rig. I needed this much memory because I'm doing intensive audio production. I don't overclock but I understand these are quite good at it. I see no need at the moment.

HASH(0x90dabf78) out of 5 stars The best 2 Sept. 2012

I bought this after reading the usual reviews and found that G-Skill had the least complaints. I returned a 16GB 4 stick pack to Kingston after complaining of crashes, no-starts, self-restarts, and other goofy things and they did eventually send me replacements which I installed into an i5 machine without further issue. HOWEVER, in the mean time I purchased this set of 16GB from Amazon (market place) and am ecstatic about the performance. Installed in an i7 machine with the usual bells and whistles, it absolutely handles everything I throw... Oh buy the way I don't game, I do graphics, CAD and sometimes Adobe Premier and After Effects, now the machine waits for me, unless it's rendering, then of course everyone waits. I can't comment on gaming performance. I have but don't do often, run multitasked sessions running Photoshop 7 and CS6, Photodex Producer (w/rendering) and Micro Station V8i on three screens with absolutely no hesitation (sans rendering).
My only regret is that I didn't go with the 32GB version.

HASH(0x914c56c8) out of 5 stars Excellent memory 27 Feb. 2012

I recently built a gaming PC. I wasn't worried about overclocking, I just wanted 16GB of stable DDR3 1600 ram. This kit from G.skill fit the requirements perfectly. I installed the ram in an ASUS Maximus IV GENE-Z/GEN3 motherboard along with an Intel i7 2700. I ran prime95 for 12 hours without any errors and have been using the system for five days and everything has been working fine. I would definitely recommend this 16GB kit for a system using the Intel Z68 chipset.

HASH(0x91d37e70) out of 5 stars Impressive quality memory 24 April 2013

I got these sticks to a new rig I built.

I paired with an i5-3550, Asus Maximus IV Gen3 and a OCZ Agility3 SSD running Windows 7 x64. The system is absurdly fast.
Even with all my softwares installed on Windows, I get my desktop ready to work from cold boot in less than 30 seconds.
Dota2 loads in just a blink with all settings on HIGH, I`m always one of the first people to finish loading.

I think that 16GB is overkill, but I wanted to build a rig to last for years, seems like I achieved it =)
I`m sure these memory sticks do play a good part on making my system running so fast and so smooth.

G.Skill did please me with the build quality, the modules are eye-catching and the red color matches perfectly the ASUS ROG boards.

These modules are tall, but they fitted without a problem with an Intel standard HSF and also with the Thermaltake Contac30.
