If you can't quite afford to splash out on the chunky student books, this revision guide is easily the next best thing. The topics are covered in good detail and the book is very easy to revise from. This book helped me get my A in my GCSE -Physics exam, i would recommend this product to all who are taking the AQA GCSE Triple Award science exams.

The amount of good reviews made this seem very promising however I don't like them and don't think they're good at all. The points were incredibly brief and there were't very in-depth. The lack of diagrams didn't help much either. It also didn't have references to the specification which is quite surprising as I believe AQA endorses Nelson Thornes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
I have these books and they're way worth it and much better quality than these books and have better questions as well. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1847622224/ref=oh_details_o03_s01_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. They come with interactive version just like kerboodle. They're more expensive but defo worth it.

Tbh I think this book would be fine if you had the matching student book as it would along side it much more better. However if you do not I highly recommend the above.

For someone that loves Physics but is always hesitant towards the maths related aspects of the subject, I was hoping this revision guide would relieve some of my uncertainties. Personally, I learn best from worked examples. Instead, the book only displayed the formula needed for the maths calculation alongside with a question. During revision sessions when time is precious, I found myself getting annoyed constantly having flip to the back of the book (the question didn't even have a page reference to the answer) for the answer. But again, this is a personal critic on the book.

Delivery was flawless, nice packaging and on time. Few scratches on the cover but that doesn't affect revision!

If you already have a good understanding of maths and physics then this book is for you. I was working at around a B grade, after memorising this revision guide word to word I managed to achieve an A* in my GCSE. However I advise you use a textbook when studying for P1 as this guide lacks some info for the unit.

A very good book, a must have for anyone studying GCSE Physics. It is clearly written with detailed information broken down into small easy to digest bitesize segments and diagrams that have very detailed information. Questions in every chapter throughout the book. These chapters are broken down into different areas of the physics subject and have boxes detailing; bullet pointed key points to remember, examiners tips, and words to look out for are highlighted throughout. There is also a section with examination style questions to give you an idea of how the questions will be delivered. In the back there is a glossory which gives a breif explanation of some of the text used in the book like the highlighted words mentioned, a table of elements and an answers section to check your answers against.
Overall a very well put together book.
