Top Customer Reviews

The Funny Side Of Teaching was released in 1995 for British Charity Comic Relief. It is a collection of anecdotes, misprints and misquotes that have actually happened inside the classroom.

There are several different sections each featuring very hilarious stories. Some have been repeated over the years but the hilarity is still very much current. Everyone has a funny story about school be it teachers or students and I think many people could relate to some of the stories.

Here is one quote that I thought was really quite cute...

"The Following are interpretations of well-known proverbs and sayings...

A Dark Horse
Child one: A white horse that got sunburnt
Child two: A horse in sunset"

For humorous books this one is great and one that you can really get stuck into. I would give this a 4/5.
