4.0 out of 5 stars Satisfied 20 Feb. 2011

This book was hard to find at stores and rather expensive. I got it for a good price here and received it quickly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the whole book was warped/bent and that wasn't indicated. The book was still in great condition besides that

1.0 out of 5 stars If you... 12 May 2010
By Bobby - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
...like to know where equations come from instead of blindly using them, don't use this book.

...like information to be presented in a consistent manner, don't use this book.

...do not enjoy using equations condensed down to such an extent that they become black-box engineering, don't use this book.

...must use this book for a college course, sell it afterward and look elsewhere for a reference book.
