Product Description

Product Description

SDHC cards are similar shape and size to standard SD cards, but will only work in SDHC compatible devices. SDHC cards fall into 1 of 3 categories, Class 2, Class 4 and Class 6. The Class of the card determines the minimum sustained write speed to the card in megabytes, Class 6 = 6MB/sec, Class 4 = 4MB/sec and finally Class 2 = 2MB/sec. Primarily designed for movie recording, it is important to know the minimum sustained write speed rather than the maximum speed which is normally quoted on the other cards. All our SDHC cards are manufactured to our traditional high standards to ensure maximum reliability and peace of mind you have come to associate with Fujifilm. Please check your device is compatible with SDHC cards before purchase.

This is the SD card for anyone who is looking into buying a SD with lots of memory. I have a fujifilm S5700(this SD card can work with any camera). My camera came with a 512mb XD card and on the lowest quality it could only take 217 pictures. With the 4GB SD card, on the lowest quality I could take 30,157 photo's!!!! On the highest quality I could get 1157. This is a must have for any person with a camera!

cant recommend these highly enough, we bought 8 to take on holiday to use in our camer which also doubles as a camcorder, it allowed us to take so many superb quality photos and some very good quality videos of our holiday.
no different to any of the far more expnsive ones we have over spent on in the past

I have had 3 different SD Cards from Fujifilm fail on me. Fortunately I am very cautious about downloading the pictures so managed to not lose anything, although on one occasion I did have to buy some software to salvage some holiday pictures.

These failure have occured in 3 different cameras, so it isn't the camera at fault. I have been using SanDisk as well and have never had an issue with them.

I would recommend purchasing SanDisk over fujifilm, I had considered that maybe I was just unlucky with the first 2 that failed but now that a third has gone I am going to steer clear.

I have a few of these as spares they do meet the min requirements of class 4 cards I tested them at about 6MB/s write and 12MB/s read that's perfectly fine for basic use in compacts.

Problem is cards are cheap now and you can bag class 10 cards for very little extra outlay and the UHS class ones are not really much more on top of that, even if you can't make use of the in camera speed difference you'll notice the speed in transferring files quite clearly (class 10 most of the cards I have read at 20MB/s twice as fast)

Spend a little extra and get the class 10 cards no need to bother with anything lower then that

This was exactly what I needed to complete my mothers gift.

I needed a bigger memory card for her camera as there was a seriously outdated card inside.

If you use this card for a camera, do not be put off if the camera does not recognise it for the first time, turn it off & on again as this (as I believe) writes the necessary files and folders needed to store images on the SD Card.

Overall, I am happy with this card, great value, good delivery speed, next time I need to update my cards I'll be looking for this seller.

Its ideal, I am using SLR camera, not particularly fast but its excellent storage size. It does the job. I am yet to try the Xtreme III cards though.

I bought this as a spare because whenever I have have one it gets used for other purposes e.g Sat Nav, Music, Recording from the Hard Drive, and I always like to have a spare for my digital camera just in case it get corrupted. Which I haven't had yet but there is always a first for everything.

I've never had a problem and I guess that is why I keep buying them. Cheap and do a good job.
