5.0 out of 5 stars Great info on hydration plus delicious recipes 9 July 2014
By Anne - Published on Amazon.com

I got this book expecting to find some new fruit-infused water recipes, however, I was really surprised at how much more there is to it. The introductory sections of the start are just fantastic and truly highlight the links between dehydration, memory, appetite and other vital bodily functions. Having all of this background information ensures that you stay really motivated in terms of keeping hydrated.

Of course, I now also have some great new recipes - I especially enjoyed the Heavenly Hibiscus Infused Water!

I was pleased to see this book but overjoyed when I read it. Due to health issues I am constantly challenged with dehydration. I drink a large amount of water and have been interested in finding out more information. This is an easy to understand book with several exciting recipes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious 15 Jun. 2014
By Amy Ryan - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I love water but as we all know it can get a bit boring...I don't like sugary drinks and the effects they have so I was delighted to see Kasia's book on fruit infused water. It has a great introduction about water, our bodies, dehydration and digestion. There are five sections of recipes - Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Summer and Winter fruit based recipes. I made the spicy strawberry water last night and left to infuse overnight...it is amazing in taste with a great kick! Looking forward to trying all the rest of the recipes now too. Great job Kasia.

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid information on why you should drink fruit-infused water 13 Jun. 2014
By Sam Anthony - Published on Amazon.com

I drink a lot of water and always have, but I only occasionally add lemon or limes to my water. Frankly, I never thought about adding other fruit . . . until now. This book has a solid intro to our need for water and the negative results we get when our bodies become dehydrated. Plenty of varied recipes to try, too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lots of information!! 12 April 2015

I wanted to find healthier options for my family to drink more water. We started using the fit girls guide so I wanted more interesting ways to drink water. The author explained in such a way everyone would understand. Drink more water and less soda and juice.
I didn't know all of the important facts of not drinking the required amount of water that our bodies needed. It is very harmful to us. This was a quick read and a great book to start and learn about infusing water. It's free so you have not to lose.
