I suppose I was interested WHY French children don't throw food and I'm glad I was, what an informative while honest down to earth amusing book of comparisons families from Britain, America and France and culture traits that was to read.
Enjoyable stories with humour all the way through also of motherhood and how useless we are or feel at times.
Loved the book and would recommend to anyone although packed with great advice about children its no way yet another theorist type yawn causing child rearing book, its like a James Herriot equivalent to child rearing, just swap the piglets for children and write it in France and voila!
