I don't understand why a couple of the recipes are pre-prepared and frozen as they are so simple, one is classed as veggie but uses chicken soup, a couple have errors but can be worked around - I might try a couple of the recipes.

Measurements are American. How they manage to cook is beyond me. All I want is a freezer cookbook that shows healthy, relatively quick meals. One doesn't seem to exist.

This book has great easy freezer recipes that serve as handy meals later when you need them. These foods are delicious and can be stored for long periods of time
2.0 out of 5 stars If you are looking for "healthy", this one isn't it. 5 Mar. 2015

Before you stock up on canned goods to create these dishes please take the time to read the labels, a can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup contains 740 mg of sodium, so 31% of your daily requirement. This is probably the 100th e cookbook I have downloaded that every other recipe starts with a sodium filled can of Cream of Something condensed soup or sugar filled jars of pasta sauce or salsa. One recipe even combined a jar of salsa w/ a can of cream of chicken soup to pour onto chicken....not sure why you would freeze it though.
5.0 out of 5 stars More ideas for Freeze-Ahead meals! 12 Mar. 2015

This was a great collection of freeze ahead meals. You can eat so much healthier if you have the basics ready to go, and we know it's much better for you than those freezer foods from the grocery store. I liked that this book gave me some ideas of foods that I could freeze that I hadn't thought of before. There are great recipes of course, but I think the value is really in learning how and what you can freeze ahead of time. It was nice too that there was the section on how long things can remain frozen.
5.0 out of 5 stars Freezer Recipes 18 Mar. 2015

Great information about freezing and defrosting food.
Finally there is a cook book that gives you recipes for delicious tasting food that's also great for freezing.
If you are anything like me - getting into a "cooking frenzy" and then wanting to stay out of the kitchen for a week or longer - this is a must have book!
4.0 out of 5 stars Recommend especially for Beginners 18 Mar. 2015

I have just gone through with the few recipes and each recipe is explained in step by step procedure which helps for beginner like me. 4 Star is because basically I am veggie so I am not sure with the data and I have shared this with my few friends as thought they would love them.
