Fran Boorman has an impressive history of building a network marketing business to turnover in excess of £8 million, around her young family. With ten years experience in the industry, she is consistently recognised as one of the top performers within her sector. Partnered with a top British PLC, Fran speaks regularly at many events and trainings in front of audiences of more than 4,000 people.
Fran attributes her success to the her unique system of adapting businesses to focusing on a higher purpose. By using business as a force for good she has shown hundreds of other small business owners how they too can create sustainable businesses that attract the most loyal customers and motivated talent.
Prior to starting network marketing, Fran achieved a first class honours degree in Industrial Design and went on to build and sell a successful online craft business. She is a shareholder and a second generation family business owner, giving her extensive experience of board level management. She has been invited to be a Non-Executive Director for a number of different companies.
One of her passions is setting up charities in developing countries. Aged 21, Fran ran her first international expedition to a rural part of Uganda. A key aim of this expedition was to develop the engagement and leadership of the participants. This proved incredibly successful and more than a decade later, the legacy of this first project continues. Passionate about giving back, Fran continues to run these expeditions and utilises them as a vehicle to help individuals and organisations learn how they can increase employee engagement through developing a purpose-driven business.
In her spare time, Fran is a keen skier, having competed at an international level as a teenager. She also loves trail running, hiking, travelling and pretty much any activity that takes place outside.
