We will not take responsibility for the frame or covers when they have been snapped due to wrong assembling or assembled in the wind and rain as the rain will just buckle the frame. It takes at least 4 people to assemble a 3m x 3m gazebo and 6 people to assemble a 3m x 6m gazebo. You must use sand bags or sand buckets and tie them down properly. The only way the bars snapped is down to user error and we will not accept any returns or refunds. You must not leave them up overnight again we will not be liable for any damage caused overnight.
Please make sure you take the gazebo down at night because if it rains or it's windy the roof will buckle and bend under the weight, or the wind will just destroy it. Customer should take responsibility over any damage to this product caused by wind or bad weather conditions. THIS ITEM MUST BE CORRECTLY ANCHORED TO THE GROUND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND STABILITY.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR GAZEBOS COME WITH FULL SIDE SIDEWALLS. ALSO THEY COME WITH AN ANCHOR KIT TO TIE THE GAZEBO TO THE GROUND.

It was with trepidation, therefore, that I got 4 or 5 mates round to help me build it. It took an hour, including time to secure the joints with white duct tape (not provided).
It's brilliant, very sturdy and looks great. Don't listen to the other reviews, this is a good buy if you build it right and don't put it up the day before if it's going to be windy.
Having read some of the reviews, I was very sceptical as to whether this tent would even survive the afternoon, never mind the entire evening, but survive it did. We did do our best to try and strengthen it though - we taped the joints with duct tape, we used additional pegs to peg it down and my husband actually spent a couple of hours sewing up the different sections together, once it was erected, so that the wind wouldn't catch it.
There is little doubt that the quality of this marquee is not the best. The material is quite thin and the poles are not very sturdy, but if you take some steps to try and mitigate this, it should last for several `events`. I think it actually mentions on the website that you shouldn't put it up in windy weather, so if you do, it's at your own risk.
Given that a good quality `proper` marquee of this size will set you back about £500, I don't think it's bad value for money at all.
Second time it was used....tiny bit of rain and wind and the thing almost ended up in the road. Total disaster. Rain collected at night resulting in numerous broken poles and Velcro ripped off the panels.
I bought this to allow garden parties with the English weather...a mouse fart could push it over even with additional guy ropes. Not ideal and can't be used again.
Perhaps not quite true last Saturday 17th August 2013 it was my Grandson's 5th birthday party; we thought an ideal trial day. We live in Surrey therefore last Saturday the weather forecast was some rain and light wind, around 3 pm the rain and wind arrived. One panel started to split we then very rapidly removed all side panels to avoid all splitting, therefore I would say that this Gazebo should only be used in dry and absolutely no wind whatsoever. The sad thing is we haven't yet arrived at the 7th September and now panicking as to what the hell do we do if the weather is not dry !!!!!!. The Gazebo is very impressive when erected and my husband and I were quite excited about the party and decorating the Gazebo with all the hired tables and chairs but now of course really unsure what we are going to do. Feel at present we perhaps have wasted our money on this Gazebo any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
