A love of cars lives in all of us. "Forza Motorsport 3" is the automotive playground we've all been waiting for.Bonus disc:
Forza Motorsport 3 is shipped with one game disc and a bonus disc filled with additional content, including cars and tracks. If you see cars and tracks greyed out it means that you have not installed the second disc. To install the second disc of bonus content simply navigate to the main Forza Motorsport 3 menu. Select "Install Disc 2" at the bottom of the menu and follow the prompts on screen. Below is a list of content included on the second disc.
You can play through the whole game on disc one. Even on a single disc, Forza Motorsport 3 is already the biggest racing game on any console this generation, with more cars and tracks than anything out there this holiday. With both discs, "Forza Motorsport 3" is an epic automotive experience.

A Forza 3 keyring
A 2 gig usb stick emblazoned with the Forza 3 logo
Preferential treatment in certain online areas such as the auction house (whatever that may mean)
5 pre-tuned and painted cars from the Turn10 team
If you are in the market for a 2gig flash drive and a new keyring then it's probably worth the extra £13. If not, then buy the standard version.Forza Motorsport 3 (Xbox 360)
Overall it has better graphics, online features and more content than Forza 2, definitely worth the price tag.
Having pre-ordered the LCE and kept track of all the news and info on the Forza site, I was pretty concerned to see all the reports of bugs and errors from other people who recieved the game at launch. I have to admit, I haven't had much trouble with my copy of the game.....some people have had to return their copy of the game because it had been packed without the DLC cards! Turn 10 also had to write and release a bug-fixing patch within a few days of the game's launch. So that's the first problem.
Second problem, in my opinion, is that the claim of "400 cars and 100 tracks" is just clever wording/marketing; most of the cars are carried over from FM2, and many of the cars are multiples of the same model but with different racing liveries. The tracks are worse though - The "100 tracks" figure is inclusive of all ribbons, stages and whether a track is raced in it's normal or reverse direction. Most of them are carried over from FM2, but are lit/textured differently.
There is a handful of new fictional racing environments, which, with their multiple ribbons and layouts, make up a large part of that 100-circuit claim. The Circuit de Catalunya (the Grand Prix track in Spain) has been added, which seems like a strange choice when they could have gone for somewhere with a little charisma to it, like Spa or Monaco or Bathurst. The good addition though is LeMans....the Circuit De La Sarthe! Awesome, it's about time a racing sim had this track.
The physics are generally pretty excellent, and have moved on from the physics of FM2. With all the silly assists turned off, it can feel pretty realistic.Read more ›

I must say that at £12 this was a bargain with its codes. Now I would recommend to buy Forza Motorsport 4 for online as no one really plays Forza 3 online. Read morePublished on 19 April 2012 by Shazia Khan
